Terms and Conditions — Clinca

Welcome to Clinca. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Clinca platform, a SaaS solution for medical clinic management and patient appointment booking.
By accessing or using Clinca, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Clinca provides a software platform that enables medical clinics to:
- Manage clinic operations (doctors, patients, appointments)
- Allow patients to book appointments via WhatsApp integration
- Automate communication through messaging systems
Clinca is a software provider only and does not provide medical services.
2. User Roles
At the current MVP stage, the platform includes:
Admin (Clinic Owner / Manager)
- Full access to the system
- Can create and manage doctors, patients, and appointments
Doctors
- Created for management purposes only
- Do not have login access or system control
Patients
- Interact via WhatsApp for booking
- Do not have platform accounts at this stage
3. Subscription & Payments
3.1 Subscription Model
- Clinca operates on a monthly subscription basis
- Access is granted upon successful payment
- Subscription must be renewed monthly to continue using the service
3.2 WhatsApp Messaging Limits
Each subscription plan includes a limited number of WhatsApp messages. If the limit is reached:
- Messaging may be paused, or
- Additional charges or plan upgrades may apply
Clinca is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by third-party providers.
3.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely via Paymob
- By making a payment, you agree to Paymob's terms and policies
- Clinca does not store full payment details
3.4 Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- Partial usage of a subscription period does not qualify for refunds
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Clinca for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Misuse the messaging system (spam, harassment, illegal content)
- Upload false or misleading patient or medical data
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform
Clinca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Data & Content
Clinics may upload and manage:
- Logos and branding
- Doctor information
- Patient records
- Appointment data
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your data
- Obtaining necessary patient consent where applicable
Clinca acts only as a data processor and is not responsible for how clinics use stored data.
6. Third-Party Services
Clinca integrates with external services, including:
- WhatsApp messaging providers
- Payment gateways (Paymob)
Clinca is not responsible for:
- Downtime or failures of third-party services
- Changes in pricing or policies from these providers
7. AI Features
Clinca may include AI-powered features.
- AI outputs are provided "as-is"
- Clinca does not guarantee accuracy
- AI should not be relied upon for medical decisions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law:
Clinca is not liable for:
- Medical decisions made using the platform
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Messaging failures or delays
Total liability is limited to: the amount paid by you in the last one (1) month
9. Termination
Clinca may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Subscription fees are not paid
Users may stop using the service at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
10. Service Availability
- Clinca does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be handled by Egyptian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
Clinca may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
